“I am the vine; you are the branches. Whoever abides in me and I in him, he it is that bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing” (John 15:5).
I have been a branch of the true vine for over 30 years, but when my husband and I planted a Gatewood Estates Vineyard in 2016, the Lord began to make this verse come alive for me. It is only through the daily nourishment of the Word, that we can truly abide with Christ. When we do, our lives begin to bear the fruits of the Spirit.
